Construction Management Program

The Construction Management Program houses degrees that prepare students to both work in the building trade and manage the construction of commercial and residential buildings.

The Certificate of Achievement and the Associate of Applied Science Degree in Building Trades provide our students with a foundation in residential design and construction including concrete work, framing, roofing, interior finishing, wood work and building codes, among many other critical functions. Graduates can pursue careers with employers such as general contractors, cabinetmakers, door and window manufacturers and furniture builders.

The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Construction Management trains students in the procedures and materials needed to comply with plans, specifications and building codes. Students will be prepared for employment as construction estimators, project schedulers, project superintendents, sustainable specialists and other supervisory positions in both the residential and commercial construction industries.
