Here’s your opportunity to raise your foodie IQ. Russell’s Restaurant, located on CSN’s Cheyenne Campus, is the training and development center for students of the Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management programs. During the spring and fall semesters, culinary students prepare the food while food & beverage management students manage and operate the restaurant under the supervision and guidance of our highly qualified faculty.
