Fall Semester reservations will open Tuesday, Sept 2

This Semester, due to class enrollment, the needs of the College and Russell’s desire to accommodate as many guests as possible, we will be inviting guests to request up to three (3) reservation dates for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (up to 3 each day.)

Reservations may be limited for certain meal periods due to demand or special events. During the semester, if additional tables open up, guests may be contacted for an additional reservation, at the discretion of the Instructor/Manager. Thank you for your understanding when emailing reservation requests beginning Sept. 2.

Russell's Restaurant

Russell’s Restaurant, located on CSN’s North Las Vegas Campus, is the training and development center for students of the Nationally Ranked Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management programs of the Department of Hospitality Management.

During the Spring and Fall semesters, Culinary students prepare your meal while Food and Beverage Management students manage and operate Russell's Restaurant under the supervision and guidance of CSN's highly qualified faculty.

New Reservation Procedures

Each Instructor will be taking their own reservations by email only.

  • For Tuesday Lunch - contact Prof. Terri Jones at terri.jones@csn.edu
  • For Wednesday and Thursday Lunches - contact Prof. Andrew Fanizzi at andrew.fanizzi@csn.edu for "first come first served" reservation inquiries.
  • For Thur Dinner - contact Chef Sabrina Alvarado at sabrina.alvarado@csn.edu


 

Important Reservation Guidelines

  • Reservations must be made at least 2 business days in advance, and Emails are not monitored on weekends.
  • As always, Russell’s Reservations are “First Come, First Served” and dependent on Class Enrollment.
  • Minimum party size 2 guests. No parties larger than 20 guests
  • We regret that guests arriving without reservations cannot be accommodated.
  • Kindly remember that Russell's first and foremost is a Classroom Laboratory for our Students.
  • Sorry - No substitutions - No take-out food.
