Diplomas

Name

Your primary name as shown in your MyCSN student account will be printed on your diploma.

Need to submit a change?
Complete the Request to Change Personal Identification Data Form to change your primary name.

Mailing Address 

Your diploma will be mailed to the home address as shown in your MyCSN student account. It is your responsibility to make sure your mailing address is correct in your CSN Student Center by the last day of your graduation term.

You will be notified via email when your diploma is available.

NOTE: Official transcripts and diplomas will not be released to students who have an outstanding balance at any Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) institution.

Delivery Window

Diplomas are generally mailed 8-10 weeks after the official last day of the term; however, your degree will be posted on your transcript as of the time you receive your successful completion notification.

The official transcript is the document of record for employment and educational purposes. As soon as your degree has been posted, you may order official transcripts by visiting CSN's Transcript Information page.  You can check your diploma mailing status at the Michael Sutter Company.

Duplicate and eDiplomas

The following services are available online through our official diploma vendor, the Michael Sutter Company.

  • Order a replacement diploma - Order your diploma easily online. There is a $15 charge for each diploma replacement.
  • Order an Official eDiploma - Your CSN eDiploma is a signed and certified PDF of your original paper diploma used for easy diploma verification purposes and is a one-time charge of $10. You can then share your eDiploma as often as you need.   
    Note: For an eDiploma only, a diploma order must first exist. Once you search and find your diploma or place a new diploma order, then your CSN eDiploma will automatically become available.
  • Diploma Status - Search the status of your diploma order whether it is your new diploma or replacement diploma.

  • Since photographs will be available, we strongly encourage family members and guests to remain in their seats, relax and enjoy the ceremony.
