Users can visit https://creativecloud.adobe.com or follow this link https://at.csn.edu/buytech-software and sign in with their account to download and install apps.
IMPORTANT: Student accounts are be Contact Us and faculty/staff are Contact Us.

Who is eligible for this offer?
The current offer of temporary Creative Cloud desktop app licensing is only valid for education customers with valid Shared Device Licenses, Device Licenses, or Serial Number agreements.
How long are these temporary licenses valid for?
The Creative Cloud desktop app licenses are valid until May 31, 2020. Adobe is closely monitoring the situation due to COVID-19 and may, at its sole discretion, modify the validity of the licenses.
Which Creative Cloud apps or services are available?
The most recent versions of Creative Cloud desktop apps will be available. Before installing, review the System Requirements for the apps.
Students and faculty will have the service entitlements associated with the account that is added to their institution's Admin Console. For example, if the admin has provisioned the free Spark for Education license to a user, it would include 2GB of storage, free Adobe Fonts, etc.
My users are being asked to Try or Buy the apps?
In some cases, users may see Try or Buy options on a few pages on the Adobe website. Users can ignore these options as they don't need to purchase any product or provide any payment information to use the apps.
Users can launch the installed apps directly. For example, using the Windows Start menu or the macOS Launcher.
