Navigating through your MyCSN account.
Take a few moments and go through the Self Service Guides where you will find tips for learning how to use your MyCSN account and how to perform several self-service functions.
Make sure your MyCSN To Do List is complete.
If you have outstanding tasks on your to do list, this may prevent you from receiving financial aid or could cause the Office of the Registrar to place a hold on your account, which will prevent you from registering for classes. Outstanding tasks that you have not completed may also cause you to forfeit your enrollment on the payment due date. Please check this list frequently.
Make sure CSN has a valid e-mail address for you.
You will be receiving important information via e-mail from CSN, including information about your residency status, financial aid, and payment information. You can update your e-mail address through your MyCSN account by following the instructions posted here.
