The Department of Physical Sciences prepares students for the next level of education with a solid foundation of student-centered courses in astronomy, chemistry, engineering, environmental science, physical geography, geology, and physics. Students in the Physical Sciences Program can use these foundation courses to fine-tune their degree and be well prepared for high-level courses in the physical sciences at a four-year college or university once they graduate from CSN.
