The CSN Testing Centers will proctor non-CSN exams from other Institutions that require a proctored or supervised examination.
The process begins by letting the institution know that we are available for proctoring. From there the institution will give you instructions on how to proceed.
Each institution requires different criteria to be their proctor. In some instances a proctor form is required before we are able to get a particular test. If this is the case, bring the form into Testing Center and we will fill it out.
These tests cannot be transferred to another campus or testing site once we receive it. Please make sure you send it to the Testing Center at the campus where you want to take the test.
Once we receive the test, you will need to make an appointment. Call the Testing Center that you had at least 24 hours in advance of your desired appointment time. Please visit the main Testing Center page for contact information and hours of operation. The Testing Center may have restricted dates and times due to high volume of internal testing so call as far in advance as possible.
All non-CSN proctored exams require a fee of $40.00 for the first 2 hours (minimum) and $20.00 per hour (or portion of) beyond that. The fee is based on the amount of time the instructions for the test allows.
You will also need to schedule around cashier's office hours in order to pay this. Due to this, proctoring on Tuesdays through Thursdays can not be scheduled after 4:30 pm and cannot start after 5:00 pm, if the student arrives late. On Fridays, the last test time is 3:30 pm.
